关于参加第20届中国—东盟博览会、中国—东盟商务与投资峰会采访活动的通知

第20届中国—东盟博览会、中国—东盟商务与投资峰会（以下简称“东博会和峰会”）将于2023年9月16日至19日在广西南宁举行。现将中外记者报名参加采访活动有关事项通知如下。

一、报名时间

从本通知发布之日至2023年9月9日。

二、食宿及交通安排

记者到南宁采访，往返交通食宿费用自理。会议期间，组委会为记者在广西南宁采访提供公共交通。经确认后的记者入住由东博会和峰会组委会推荐的酒店（沃笙酒店，地址：广西南宁市青秀区云景路29号，邮编：530025，电话：0771-2260888）。

Announcement of Press Coverage of the 20th China-ASEAN Expo and the China-ASEAN Business and Investment Summit

The 20th China-ASEAN Expo and China-ASEAN Business and Investment Summit (CAEXPO and CABIS) will be held in Nanning, Guangxi from September 16th to September 19th, 2023.

This announcement is for the registration of press coverage of the 20th CAEXPO and CABIS activities. Details are as follows:

I. Registration Time

From the release date of this announcement to September 9th, 2023.

II. Accommodation and Transportation Arrangements

The transportation of reaching and leaving Nanning and accommodation expenses for press coverage in Nanning will be borne by the applicants. For the convenience of coverage, the applicants, upon approval, shall stay in the hotel recommended by the 20th CAEXPO and CABIS organizing committee (WO SHENG HOTEL, Address: No. 29, Yunjing Road, Nanning, Guangxi, China, ZIP Code: 530025, Tel: +86-0771-2260888).

During the 20th CAEXPO and CABIS, the organizing committee will provide free transportation between WO SHENG HOTEL and related venues.

III. Application

1. The News and Communication Department of the Organizing Committee is in charge of the application from journalists from Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and abroad.
